Islanders with a total household income of $35,000 or less can apply to the Home Energy Low-Income Program (HELP) through the Office of Energy Efficiency. Under this program, Palmer's Quality Renovations will complete comprehensive air-sealing (caulking and weather-stripping on windows and doors) and several other energy efficiency upgrades for your home free of charge.
